About Rudi
AUSTRALIAN FITNESS EXPERT 
Rudi Marashlian is a University of NSW, American College of Sports Medicine qualified sports scientist and master trainer with over twenty years experience helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals. He has worked with movie stars, Olympic athletes, body builders, people recovering from injuries, people who have never been fit in their lives before, children, mothers, grandfathers – you name it, he’s worked with them and got results!
Not only is Rudi very knowledgeable in the field of health and fitness but he is also able to share this knowledge in a fun and easy-to-understand way so that everyone who works with him comes away knowing more about how their bodies work and what to do to really get it into the best shape possible.
Currently Rudi lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and three children. He trains clients, writes fitness articles, produces DVDs, continues learning and is completing a series of books on health, fitness and nutrition.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Rudi has been involved in sport or fitness since childhood and excelled in many fields: playing some professional Rugby League football in Sydney, Australia and ranked 3rd in the state for natural drug free body building.
Rudi has produced, directed and presented a cable fitness program – Ex-Files (Exercise-Files) for CTV1, community TV -which aired on community Channel 31 in Sydney and Melbourne.

1984-1985 Fitness director: USA ultra marathon runner John Radich, in the 1000km Sydney to Melbourne Ultra marathon race.
1986-1990 University NSW Applied Science Exercise Science diploma.
1987-1990 Sports Master and coach: The Athena School in Sydney, Australia.
1992-1992 Trained world-record push-up holder Marc Erbsleben.
1992-1992 Lectured fitness trainers/instructors for Network/ACHPER Resistance training.
1992-1999 Trained Australian celebrities from the radio, film and television industries. (Home & Away, Channels 7,9,10 & ABC).
1993-1993 ABC Radio Interview on natural drug-free body building.
1994-1994 National Judge for Australian Natural Body Building Federation (ANBF).
1995-1999 State and head judge for Australian Natural Body Building Federation (ANBF).
1997-1998 CTV 1. Cable TV Presenter, producer and director for 10 months. Weekly Cable Television fitness program named “Ex-Files by Rudi M” (Exercise Files). It aired on C31. a free-to-air community TV channel for Sydney and Melbourne.
1997-1998 Rudi had an accredited fitness trainers course on strength training.
1998-1998 Seminars on health and fitness for private, corporate groups and gyms.
1999-2004 Seminars , marketing and business consulting to fitness and general businesses in the USA.
2005 to Current Personal trainer and coach to Hollywood celebrities, actors, doctors, athletes, teachers, computer geniuses, men, women and teens. Writing and producing fitness articles, books and videos.

1978-1981 Newtown (RLFC) Grade-Professional U 23s: Position, hooker
1979-1989 Sydney City to Surf 8-mile Fun Run. (Best time = 60 mins)
1984-1984 WANG Marathon in 3:39 minutes (six practice runs 3 weeks prior)
1992-1993 Natural drug free body building Championships. 1993 NSW state titles 3rd open men’s division and 1st for posing.
2007-Current Rudi continues to personal train and coach Hollywood celebrities, actors, doctors, athletes, teachers, sports teams, computer geniuses, men, women and teens.
2010: Rudi is also currently writing a series of fitness books covering some of the great data he has aquired over more than 20 years of training and has built this website to share some of those working fitness principles to help individuals like your self attain their health and fitness goals.
With a wealth of knowledge and plenty of personal experience Rudi has been training, educating and helping to improve people’s health and fitness for over twenty years.
