Gofitnow is a fast growing community of people who want smart fitness information. They have busy lives and a lot to accomplish. They want to know how to get the most out of their bodies naturally, whether that be increasing strength, building muscle, losing fat, avoiding injury, improving flexibility or being able to run marathons. They want to cut to the chase and they expect results.

Gofitnow was founded by Rudi and Tracey Marashlian, fitness professionals (they actually make their living helping other people get fit and they follow their own advice with great success). Both are certified with the American College of Sports Medicine and own a thriving personal training business in the La Crescenta area of Los Angeles, CA.
