Try it sometime.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve tried something similar to this, it&#039;s pretty insane to be honest. I normally plan my workouts similar and do intensity stuff and push pretty hard. Personally I wouldn&#039;t go on 30seconds rest I monitor my heart rate and wait till i&#039;m out of the anaerobic zone and then push myself up there again. It won&#039;t take long to get it back with all the compound exercises here, which I love &lt;3 :) Will give this one a go. Thanks dude</description>
