NAME YOUR FITNESS GOALS
STEP 1:
ASK YOURSELF WHAT DO I WANT TO ACHIEVE THAT WOULD MAKE ME REALLY HAPPY? Clearly define your top three health or fitness goals and write them down.

GOAL 3. ____________________________________________________________________
STEP 2:
ASK YOURSELF IN WHAT REALISTIC TIME FRAME DO I WISH TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS?
1 to 3 months or 3 to 6 months or 6 to 9 months or 9 to 12 months or other: ________________________
STEP 3:
NOW FULLY DECIDE 100% THAT YOU REALLY WANT TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS AND THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO COMMIT AND DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
